CX-9000F Fixed Site Cargo X-ray System

L-3 developed the CX-9000F in response to cargo's biggest challenge - the need to screen high volumes of large, densely packed shipping containers. With 9.0 MeV of penetrating power, the CX-9000F images through 350mm (13 in) of steel and boasts an unprecedented throughput rate of up to fifty 12.2m (40 ft) containers per hour.

A series of moving platforms enables the system to process up to six container trucks simultaneously through a precision-controlled sequence of parallel activities. The amazing efficiency of the CX-9000F yields the highest throughput rate in the industry.
