Anywhere there’s a need for screening large and uniquely shaped items, there’s a need for the versatile CX-450PDV, L 3’s dual-view, high-throughput pallet X-ray system. The dual-energy capability CX-450PDV helps discriminate between various types of material and complex cargo.
The 450kVp panoramic X-ray source produces two levels of X-ray energy capable of penetrating 90 mm (3.5 in) of steel. The two views are at 90° angles relative to one another, providing insight into suspicious cargo beyond that of a single view.
Ideal for inspecting crates, pallets, aircraft containers, tugs, dollies and small vehicles, the CX-450PDV scans up to 40 containers per hour.
